Overall, I will say it’s a good movie. I’ll give it say an 85%. I liked the story. I particularly like the realness of the movie unlike their counterpart in Africa (you know who).
When the final chase was on, unlike some other movies, the cops or should I say backup didn’t arrive the very next second like the whole thing was expected. In fact, one would even almost forget he asked for backup. The arrival timing from when the call to request for backup was on point. I liked it.
What I didn’t like about this movie, is one tiny little detail that they failed to incorcate. My guess is that they wanted that scene to look more like the conventional actor/boze last though fight. Half way the movie if you recall, when the fight happened at the beach, he punched the guy and he literally passed out almost immediately. Why was it different with d boze? All the punch, skills and everything took too long to have effect on a man who has no form of martial training.
Overall, it was a really good movie. A little bit of comedy here and there. Not too much, just enough. A little bit of action as well. Suspense, maybe. Romance, yes. It’s a movie I would want to watch again.
